Tips for a Professional Result
- Keep it concise — name, title, phone, email, and website cover most needs
- Use the same logo colours as your website or business card
- Test by sending a test email to yourself before rolling out
- Keep total size under 10 KB to avoid triggering spam filters
- Use hosted image URLs instead of embedded Base64 for smaller email sizes
Privacy
The entire signature is generated inside your browser. No name, contact details, or uploaded images are sent to our servers. Everything stays on your device until you copy and paste it.
