Frequently asked questions
Why can't I compute a determinant or inverse for two matrices at once? Determinant and inverse are single-matrix operations, so only Matrix A is used for those; Matrix B is only needed for addition or multiplication of two matrices.
What happens if I try to invert a matrix with a zero determinant? A matrix with determinant zero is singular and has no inverse, so the calculator will report that no inverse exists rather than returning a result.
